You can exchange / return directly from our showroom within 3 days of
receiving the product. In case of online, we will arrange to exchange / return the product by courier if
informed within 3 days.

If you want to change the product due to color problem / quality / defect, the courier exchange cost will
be borne by Satkahan, otherwise the customer will have to bear. When returning the product online,
the product will be returned to Satkahan and will be cash backed by bKash.

Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 5 to 8 business days for anywhere in
